About Kathleen
Born to Sell Real Estate
Kathleen Nolan has been a Colorado resident since 1976, making her deeply familiar with the Boulder/Denver Metropolitan areas and their surrounding communities. Coming from a family of realtors in Wisconsin, she was — as she says — "born to sell real estate."
She earned her Colorado real estate license in May 1994 and began her career as an Associate Broker at Collins & Company Real Estate/Metro Brokers, where she served for over 13 years. In 2008, she launched Nolan Real Estate, LLC, her own independent brokerage operating under the Metro Brokers umbrella.
Kathleen holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder – Leeds School of Business. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, you can count on Kathleen to help you every step of the way.
